Als projectcoördinator in regio Rijnmond houd jij overzicht over meerdere infraprojecten tegelijk en zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je stuurt mee, denkt mee en groeit mee richting een rol als projectleider. Maak het verschil in maatschappelijk relevante infrastructuur! Organisatie Je komt te werken in regio Rijnmond, vanuit de vestiging in Ridderkerk. Hier wordt gewerkt aan een groot infrastructuurcontract in de regio Rotterdam, waarbij kabels en leidingen voor gas, water en elektra worden verwijderd, vernieuwd en aangepast. Dit gebeurt via drie disciplines: huisaansluitingen, nieuwbouw en netgedreven werk, met zowel solo als combiwerken en reconstructies van de netten. In nauwe samenwerking met de hoofduitvoerder geef je leiding aan het team, en je rapporteert aan de projectleider. Op termijn liggen er reële doorgroeimogelijkheden richting een rol als projectleider. Het team op kantoor bestaat uit zo'n zestig collega's, een goede mix van starters en ervaren mensen. Lunchen doe je gezellig samen op kantoor of in de keet, met plezier naar het werk gaan staat hier voorop. Functie Je bewaakt en stuurt planningen, projectadministratie en budgetten binnen het team. - Werkvoorbereiders aansturen en gevraagd en ongevraagd werk van de hoofduitvoerder uit handen nemen - Calculatiewerk oppakken en bestekken en contracten doorgronden voor het beste projectresultaat - Proactief knelpunten bespreken en met initiatieven komen voor een goede oplossing - Veiligheid en kwaliteit bewaken en dit overbrengen op het team - Medewerkers uit het team goed instrueren en het overzicht behouden Functie-eisen - Met aantoonbaar hbo werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van WTB, civiele techniek, energietechniek of gel...
