Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectcoördinator Key Accounts die het overzicht bewaart, klanten begeleidt en projecten van A tot Z opvolgt.

Als Projectcoördinator ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, interne teams en de operationele uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot verlopen, deadlines worden gehaald en klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele opvolging.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van projecten voor belangrijke klanten, van aanvraag tot oplevering.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van dossiers.
  • Afstemmen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een efficiënte planning uit te werken.
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers zodat productie- en uitvoeringsteams probleemloos aan de slag kunnen.
  • Communiceren van opdrachten en verwachtingen naar de uitvoerende teams.
  • Opvolgen van lopende projecten en tijdig ingrijpen wanneer bijsturing nodig is.
  • Onderhouden van klantcontacten en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Meedenken over oplossingen, verbeteringen en commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het overzicht weet te bewaren, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als collega's.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Je combineert een gestructureerde werkwijze met de nodige flexibiliteit.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen projectcoördinatie, customer service, operations of een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
