De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Projectcoördinator Key Accounts:

  • Key accountprojecten coördineren vanaf de eerste aanvraag tot de uiteindelijke levering of plaatsing.
  • Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een professionele opvolging van hun projecten.
  • Deadlines rond bestanden, goedkeuringen en andere projectinformatie nauwgezet bewaken.
  • Orders en dossiers correct verwerken en opvolgen in het interne platform.
  • Samen met collega's een efficiënte planning uitwerken, rekening houdend met klantverwachtingen en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Projectdossiers volledig en tijdig voorbereiden zodat productie, afwerking en verpakking vlot kunnen verlopen.
  • Plaatsingsteams duidelijk briefen, opdrachten voorbereiden en de uitvoering verder opvolgen.
  • Tijdens de uitvoering het overzicht bewaren en snel bijsturen wanneer omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Rechtstreeks afstemmen met klanten bij dringende vragen, wijzigingen of praktische uitdagingen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande key accounts herkennen en hier proactief op inspelen.
  • Meedenken over prijsafspraken en oplossingen die aansluiten bij de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • De verbindende schakel vormen tussen klant, interne teams en uitvoering en ervoor zorgen dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen.

Voor grote klanten worden opdrachten van voorbereiding en productie tot afwerking en plaatsing volledig gecoördineerd. Je werkt binnen een energieke en creatieve omgeving waar korte communicatielijnen, teamwork en een sterke klantenservice centraal staan. Wie jij bent als Projectcoördinator Key Accounts:

  • Bachelordiploma op zak of gelijkwaardig door werk- en denkniveau.
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Ervaring binnen projectcoördinatie, customer service of operations is een mooie troef, maar de juiste mindset is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd kunnen beheren.
  • Goed het overzicht bewaren en zelfstandig prioriteiten durven stellen.
  • Communicatief sterk in contacten met zowel klanten als collega's.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over jouw projecten.
  • Proactief opvolgen en niet wachten tot problemen zichzelf aandienen.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en snel kunnen schakelen bij wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Commerciële feeling en opportuniteiten bij klanten kunnen herkennen.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Energie krijgen van een dynamische omgeving waarin verschillende projecten en deadlines samenkomen.
