Projectcoördinator multitechniek – Vast contract ManpowerGroup is een specialist binnen werving- en selectie. Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Met een absolute focus op onze kandidaat bieden we de boeiendste jobs aan met een onmiddellijk vast contract.

Voor onze klant, een krak in zijn vak met meerdere vestigingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een projectcoördinator multitechniek ter optimalisatie van de dienstverlening.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent de drijvende kracht om de voorbereidingen naar multitechnische projecten, ventilatie, elektrotechniek en HVAC, in goede banen te leiden.
  • Je bent nauw betrokken bij de ontwerpfase van multitechnische projecten en gaat het lastenboek en alle documentatie nauw bestuderen zodat het project geen geheimen kent voor jou.
  • Je gaat samenwerken met verschillende studiebureaus en/of tekenaars/werkvoorbereiders en zorgen dat deze samenkomen in een BIM plan.
  • Je zorgt dat de technieken elkaar niet kruisen door duidelijke richtlijnen te geven en de bibliotheek te uniformiseren.
  • Je plant geregeld overlegmomenten in met alle betrokken partijen en de projectontwikkelaars om de evolutie aan te tonen of moeilijkheden/problemen te bespreken.
  • Je bundelt alle documentatie en het BIM plan en draagt deze over aan de uitvoering.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma en kan een relevante werkervaring voorleggen als coördinator van technische projecten (architect, projectleider, werfleider, facility, etc.).
  • Je hebt brede technische interesse naar elektriciteit, ventilatie, HVAC, sanitair, etc.
  • Je kan overweg met technische tekenprogramma’s (Revit, Autocad, E-plan, BIM, etc.)
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je dynamiek en technisch praktisch inzicht zorgen ervoor dat je divisies kan laten samenwerken.
  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels en het schrikt je niet af om je te verplaatsen in West- & Oost-Vlaanderen.
