Jouw rol

Als Projectcoördinator / Orderbegeleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van onze mailingprojecten. Vanaf het moment dat een opdracht binnenkomt totdat deze wordt verzonden, houd jij de regie.

Concreet betekent dat:

- Begeleiden van opdrachten van aanvraag tot verzending.

- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het project.

- Afstemmen met collega's van Sales, Data Processing, Productie en Planning.

- Controleren van ordergegevens, bestanden en drukwerk.

- Bewaken van planningen en deadlines.

- Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden.

- Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

- Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag begeleid je een mailing van enkele honderden stuks, de andere dag een project van honderdduizenden poststukken.
