Hier bouwen we de grootste jachten uit onze vloot. Wajer is een Nederlands familiebedrijf met ruim 400 mensen en vestigingen in Zuid-Frankrijk, Ibiza, Mallorca en Miami. De Wajer 77 is een van onze grootste paradepaardjes, we leveren er 4 of 5 Wajer 77 jachten per jaar, met meerdere bouwnummers tegelijk op de werf. Dat tempo vraagt om iemand die de techniek aan boord in serie onder controle houdt. Als Projectcoördinator Techniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alles wat de 77 laat werken: voortstuwing, hydrauliek, elektrische systemen, leidingwerk en alle technische installaties. Wat ga je doen In Lemmer coördineert ons eigen team het proces. De bouw ligt bij vaste, gespecialiseerde co-makers. Samen met engineering, inkoop en planning bepaal jij de technische scope, de specificaties en de werkvolgorde. Je deelt het werk op in haalbare pakketten en legt die vast in heldere contracten. Je bent dagelijks op de werf. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, voortgang en planning, stuurt co-makers aan en signaleert knelpunten voordat ze groot worden. Voortgang, uren en uitgevoerd werk leg je vast. Techniek raakt elke andere discipline. Daarom stem je de werkvolgorde af met je collega's. Jouw inzicht in aansluitingen, routing en timing voorkomt escalaties. Je zorgt dat leveranciers op tijd de juiste documentatie aanleveren en begeleidt de technische tests en keuringen tot aan de oplevering. Een voorbeeld uit de praktijk: een co-maker belt dat de hydraulische units voor de stabilisatoren een week vertraagd zijn. Maandag zou de dek-assemblage starten, en die is afhankelijk van deze units.
