Als projectcoördinator bij Batenburg speel je een cruciale rol in het realiseren van kleine tot middelgrote projecten waarbij wij zorgen voor de energievoorziening ter plaatse. Wij leveren compleet ingerichte transformatorstations aan diverse klanten, en jij ondersteunt de projectmanager bij het voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden voor de plaatsing op locatie. Functieomschrijving In deze functie werk je nauw samen met een enthousiast en deskundig team dat gedreven is om prachtige projecten tot een succes te maken. Je hebt veel vrijheid om creatief te denken, initiatieven te nemen en innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken. Dit geeft je de ruimte om je passie voor energietechniek in te zetten en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende organisatie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Zorgdragen voor en controleren van werk- en revisietekeningen t.b.v. de uitvoering. - Verzorgen van de planning van verschillende projecten. - Overleg voeren met opdrachtgevers, buitenlandse leveranciers en netbeheerders over type transformator en bijbehorende aansluitingen en werktekeningen. - Verzorgen van informatie op het gebied van bestellingen, levertijden, prijzen e.d. - Voorbereiden van benodigde materialen en organiseren van uit te besteden werkzaamheden. - Controle van inkoopfacturen en volgen van termijnfacturen. - Actief meedenken en creatieve oplossingen aandragen voor complexe technische vragen. Wie we zoeken - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO+/HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur Energietechniek of Elektrotechniek. - Je kunt prima prioriteiten stellen, neem initiatief, bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en blijft rustig in drukke perioden. - Om de projecten te kunnen voorbereiden werk je netjes en accuraat en heb je totaaloverzicht.
