The posting

Wij renoveren, verbouwen, transformeren, verduurzamen en onderhouden bestaand vastgoed voor zowel de woning- als utiliteitsbouw. Wij zijn sterk in het efficiënt organiseren van beheer en onderhoud van (huur-) woningen. Maar we zijn minstens zo ervaren in het verbouwen, renoveren en transformeren van bestaand vastgoed, zoals kantoren, onderwijsgebouwen en dergelijke. Vanuit vestigingen in Zuid-, Noord- en Midden-Nederland werken wij onder andere voor woningbouwcorporaties, vastgoedeigenaren, zorg- en opleidingsinstellingen, banken, ziekenhuizen, semioverheden en projectontwikkelaars. Als Projectcoördinator/Werkorganisator Bouw zal je de volgende werkzaamheden op je nemen:

- Uitvoerder in de Mutatie en Onderhoud;

- Plannen van het werk;

- Aansturen van het uitvoerend personeel;

- Opstellen van offertes;

- Opname van mutatiewoningen;

- Opleveren van woningen;

- Facturatie richting de klanten.
