Als projectconsultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van het eerste klantcontact tot de uiteindelijke verkoop.

  • Je analyseert de wensen van B2B-klanten of high-end particulieren en vertaalt deze naar een technisch en esthetisch onderbouwd concept dat naadloos aansluit bij hun visie.
  • Tijdens het opstellen van offertes bereken je nauwkeurig de benodigde materialen en uren, waarbij je de financiële haalbaarheid en technische realisatie nooit uit het oog verliest.
  • Het adviseren van architecten en projectontwikkelaars over de integratie van waterzuiveringssystemen en groene technieken behoort tot jouw dagelijkse expertise.
  • In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij commerciële onderhandelingen, waarbij je door je inhoudelijke kennis het vertrouwen van de gesprekspartner wint en projecten succesvol binnenhaalt.
  • Je bewaakt de overdracht naar het uitvoeringsteam, zodat de visie die jij als projectconsultant Groen en Water hebt verkocht, ook exact zo wordt gerealiseerd op de werf.

Profiel:

Om succesvol te zijn als projectconsultant breng je een gezonde dosis technische nieuwsgierigheid en commercieel inzicht mee.

  • Je beschikt over een relevante achtergrond in de bouw, tuinarchitectuur of een technische richting, waardoor je tekeningen en lastenboeken moeiteloos interpreteert.
  • Ervaring met complexe verkooptrajecten is een plus, maar je drive om te adviseren vanuit inhoudelijke meerwaarde vinden we belangrijker dan harde verkooptechnieken.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een communicatieve bruggenbouwer die zowel met een hoofdaannemer als met een particuliere tuinliefhebber op het juiste niveau schakelt.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, waardoor je meerdere offertetrajecten tegelijkertijd scherp en accuraat beheert.
