Als Projectcontroller ben jij de financiële spil binnen diverse railinfraprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en calculatoren om projecten financieel gezond te houden en bij te sturen waar nodig. Jouw analyses en rapportages vormen de basis voor belangrijke beslissingen. Je bent regelmatig op de bouwplaats te vinden om de voortgang te monitoren en de vertaalslag te maken tussen de praktijk en de cijfers. Door jouw inzicht in zowel de financiële als technische kant van projecten, ben je een waardevolle sparringpartner voor het projectteam. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Opstellen van maandelijkse financiële rapportages en prognoses voor lopende projecten; - Bewaken van budgetten, nacalculaties en het signaleren van afwijkingen; - Analyseren van projectresultaten en adviseren over verbetermogelijkheden; - Ondersteunen bij aanbestedingen en het opstellen van offertes vanuit financieel perspectief; - Verzorgen van periodieke overleggen met projectleiders over de financiële status; - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van projectbeheersing binnen de organisatie.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar Senior Projectcontroller waarbij je complexere projecten gaat begeleiden en meer strategische verantwoordelijkheden krijgt. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar een rol als Projectleider, waarbij je jouw financiële kennis combineert met operationele verantwoordelijkheid. De organisatie investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van trainingen, cursussen en begeleiding door ervaren collega's.
