Projectdirecteur doorontwikkeling P&O Apeldoorn · Gelderland De Raad van Bestuur van het Kadaster zoekt een projectdirecteur die de strategische doorontwikkeling van de directie Personeel & Organisatie ondersteunt en de ingezette beweging versterkt. Je zorgt voor samenhang, voortgang en realisatie van de afgesproken verbeter- en veranderopgaven. De focus ligt niet alleen op de interne ontwikkeling van P&O, maar ook op wat P&O bijdraagt aan de bredere strategische agenda van het Kadaster. Het gaat om een relatief korte overbruggingsperiode terwijl de selectieprocedure voor een vaste directeur loopt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Raad van Bestuur, werkt vanuit een zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid en opereert nauw samen met het MT P&O, de directieraad en andere stakeholders binnen het Kadaster. Wat ga je doen? - De doorontwikkeling van de directie P&O begeleiden: vastgestelde verbeterpunten vertalen naar concrete acties en de afgesproken maatregelen daadwerkelijk geïmplementeerd krijgen. - Verandertrajecten binnen P&O begeleiden, gericht op kwaliteit, effectiviteit en toekomstbestendigheid van de dienstverlening. - Als lid van de directieraad bijdragen aan de strategie en organisatieontwikkeling van het Kadaster. - De strategische koers doorvertalen naar organisatie, cultuur, leiderschap en een samenhangend HR-beleid. - Het perspectief van mens, organisatie en leiderschap inbrengen bij Kadasterbrede vraagstukken en veranderopgaven. - Zorgen voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van kennis, dossiers en lopende ontwikkelingen aan de vaste directeur. Wat we van je vragen - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als eindverantwoordelijke voor een organisatieonderdeel van strategische omvang, met directe rapportage aan een Raad van Commissarissen, Raad van Toezicht en/of Raad van Bestuur. - Integrale resultaatverantwoordelijkheid gehad over HR, facilitaire services, financiën en uitvoering. - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met interim-opdrachten op het ...
