Ben jij een technisch talent dat niet alleen graag programmeert, maar ook geniet van de dynamiek op de werkvloer? Voor onze innovatieve productiesite in de regio Antwerpen / de Kempen zoeken wij een gedreven en sociale Projectengineer Automation .

In deze rol ben je de cruciale schakel tussen complexe techniek en de mensen die de machines bedienen. Je combineert diepgaande PLC-kennis met een "no-nonsense" mentaliteit en een flinke dosis communicatiekracht.

Als Projectengineer Automation draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het succes van onze automatiseringsprojecten. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken: van de eerste haalbaarheidsstudie tot de uiteindelijke implementatie op de werkvloer. In deze fase ligt onze focus specifiek op het opschalen van bestaande zones en het verder professionaliseren van onze procesaansturing.

  • Projectbeheer: Je bewaakt de technische uitvoering, doorlooptijd en kosten van projecten.
  • Techniek in de praktijk: Je implementeert en stelt PLC-besturingssystemen in bedrijf.
  • Expert support: Bij complexe storingen ben jij de back-up voor de onderhoudsafdeling.
  • Standaardisatie: Je stelt technische specificaties op en legt standaarden en protocollen vast voor de toekomst.
  • Innovatie: Je werkt in een omgeving waar de afgelopen jaren al honderden miljoenen euro's zijn geïnvesteerd in vernieuwing.

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken nadrukkelijk geen eentonig type dat enkel achter een scherm zit. Jij spreekt de "taal van de werkvloer", schakelt snel en staat graag tussen de machines en de medewerkers.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een bachelor/ master met minimaal 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • PLC Expert: Je hebt diepgaande kennis van Siemens S7 en TIA Portal. Daarnaast kun je vlot elektrische schema’s lezen.
  • Systemen: Je bent bekend met SCADA (WinCC/TIA) en bij voorkeur met protocollen zoals OPC-UA of Profinet.
  • Flexibiliteit: Gezien de kritische aard van onze productie, ben je bereid om in te stappen in een wachtsysteem. Dit houdt in: telefonische bereikbaarheid buiten de reguliere uren en beschikbaarheid voor noodsituaties op zaterdag.
  • Methodiek: Je begrijpt de principes van Lean Manufacturing en Six Sigma.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent analytisch sterk, servicegericht en sociaal zeer vaardig.
  • Talen: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
