Wij zijn een onafhankelijke familiebrouwerij, opgericht in 1996 te Lochristi. De brouwerij is pionier in het brouwen voor derden en heeft over de jaren heen een uitstekende reputatie weten op te bouwen binnen de sector. Met ons team streven we voortdurend naar het produceren van kwaliteitsvolle en innovatieve producten. In onze gistingstanks vind je dan ook een brede waaier terug aan alcoholhoudende en alcoholvrije bieren en andere gefermenteerde dranken. Bij De Proefbrouwerij werken we aan de dranken van de toekomst!

Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectingenieur Automatisatie & Procesinstallaties

Wij bouwen en automatiseren namelijk een groot deel van onze productie- en procesinstallaties in eigen beheer.

Als projectingenieur geef je mee vorm aan die technische projecten, van functionele analyse tot werkende installatie in de productie. Bovendien krijg je niet enkel de kans bestaande techniek te verbeteren, maar sta je ook in voor de ontwikkeling, bouw en automatisatie van productie- en procesinstallaties op onze uitbreidingssite Seaport Brewing te Evergem.

Wat houdt deze job in?

  • Je vertaalt onze functionele analyses naar software- en hardwarearchitecturen voor installaties die we zelf bouwen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere technische uitbouw van Seaport Brewing en ontwikkelt nieuwe installaties voor deze recent opgebouwde greenfield productiesite.
  • Je programmeert Siemens PLC’s in TIA Portal (S7-1200/S7-1500) en maakt WinCC- en SCADA-visualisaties.
  • Je werkt met industriële netwerken en bussystemen zoals PROFINET, PROFIBUS, IO-Link en AS-Interface (AS-i), evenals remote I/O, frequentieregelaars, sensoren en actuatoren.
  • Je leest elektrische schema’s en diagnosticeert software-, communicatie- en hardwareproblemen in onze productieomgeving.
  • Je volgt projecten van componentselectie en budgettering tot aankoop, testen en inbedrijfstelling, en communiceert rechtstreeks met leveranciers.
  • Je onderzoekt waar artificiële intelligentie (AI) zinvol kan worden toegepast in onze productie- en bedrijfsprocessen en helpt praktische toepassingen uit te werken.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld industrieel ingenieur of bachelor elektromechanica/automatisatie, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt kennis van industriële automatisatie en bij voorkeur ervaring met Siemens TIA Portal, PLC-programmatie en WinCC.
  • Je denkt praktisch en zelfstandig en communiceert vlot met collega’s, productie en leveranciers.
  • Je wilt begrijpen hoe een volledige installatie werkt, van sensor en elektrisch schema tot PLC, netwerk en SCADA.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologie, inclusief praktische toepassingen van AI in een productieomgeving.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kunt je technisch goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je werkt on-site, op onze vestigingen te Evergem en Lochristi.
