Binnen een betrouwbaar en kwaliteitsvol bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in beton- en infrastructuurwerken neem je als projectingenieur bemaling en beschoeiing een sleutelrol op in de zelfstandige en efficiënte uitvoering van bemalingswerken op diverse werven. Je werkt binnen een organisatie die oplossingen biedt voor openbare besturen en industriële klanten in de regio rond Zwevegem.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Opmaken van bemalings- en stabiliteitsstudies voor beschoeiing, met interne opleiding indien nodig.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van globale planning voor personeel, transport en materieel.
  • Voorzien van onthaal en opleiding voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Leidinggeven aan medewerkers door te motiveren, te luisteren en te ondersteunen.
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteit tijdens uitvoering volgens lastenboekvereisten.
  • Toezien op veiligheid en meewerken aan verbeteringen volgens VCA‑procedures.
  • Opstellen en verdedigen van meerwerken.
  • Indienen van technische voorstellen en varianten die een win-winsituatie creëren.
  • Bijhouden van stock en werken in opbouw voor correcte nacalculatie.
  • Opmaken van schadebegrotingen en voeren van evolutiegesprekken.
  • Als projectingenieur bemaling en beschoeiing bijdragen aan veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van alle bemalingsprojecten.
  • Bachelor of master bouwkunde met kennis van bemalingstechnieken.
  • Autonoom kunnen werken.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te motiveren.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om kennis vlot over te dragen.
  • Discipline en stiptheid zijn essentieel.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en dagelijks inzetbaar voor de werven.
  • Initiatiefnemend en leergierig.
  • Als projectingenieur bemaling en beschoeiing beschik je over het inzicht om technische uitdagingen om te zetten in praktische oplossingen.
