The posting

Binnen Willemen Bouw (onze business line bouw) zijn we gespecialiseerd in burgerlijke bouwkunde, industriebouw en gebouwen. Dankzij onze vakkennis en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken, worden wij beschouwd als een relevante partner bij grote infrastructuurwerken. Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij actief op zoek naar een ervaren projectingenieur.

Hoe bouw je mee aan de strafste plannen?

Wij zetten onze projectingenieurs in om onze uitvoering te ondersteunen. Niet alleen bij de voorbereiding van de projecten maar ook tijdens de realisatie ervan.

Als projectingenieur ben jij een belangrijke spilfiguur binnen het projectteam en zorg jij voor inbreng bij onder andere de volgende taken:

  • Uitwerken van uitvoeringsprocedures, faseringen en mogelijke variante oplossing waarbij tevens wordt rekening gehouden met de bijhorende kwaliteit- en veiligheidsaspecten;
  • Voorbereiding en assisteren van aankoopdossier alsook de opvolging tijdens uitvoering in samenspraak met de project- en werfleiding;
  • Coördineren en assisteren bij de van uitvoeringsplannen (ook van onderaannemers/studiebureau);
  • Uitwerken van detailplanningen voor wel bepaalde onderdelen van de globale planning.
  • Voor dit specifiek project zal je je in eerste instantie focussen op de voorbereiding van de technische vraagstukken funderingstechnieken, grondwerken en betonwerken.

Je fungeert als rechterhand van de projectleider en je bent de lijm tussen het kantoor en de werf.

Wat heb jij in huis?

  • Je hebt een Masterdiploma in Bouwkunde, of je hebt aanzienlijke werkervaring opgebouwd in dit vakgebied.
  • Je hebt zin om je tanden te zetten in complexe technische vraagstukken.
  • Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en hebt goede beheersing van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van Office-toepassingen. Indien je ervaring hebt met werken met 3D-plannen en BIM, wordt dat als een extra troef beschouwd.
  • Je werkt on site mee op onze projecten, in het projectteam. Binnenkort starten er een aantal grote complexe projecten waarbij jouw expertise zeer goed van pas zal komen. Onze projectingenieurs kunnen op het project ter plaatse werken, maar ook in Kontich kunnen zij een werkplek gebruiken.
