Ben jij een gedreven projectingenieur die klaar is voor een uitdagende rol in de bouwsector? Wil je werken in de bruisende regio Antwerpen-Linkeroever en heb je een passie voor procesoptimalisatie? Wil je een impact maken in jouw vakgebied? Dan is deze functie perfect voor jou!

Als projectingenieur ben je de spil van ons team. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en de werfteams om innovatieve bouwprojecten te realiseren. Heb je ervaring met projectplanningen en kwaliteitscontroles? Ben je resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd om bij te dragen aan de toekomst van de bouwsector? Dan horen wij graag van jou!

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het bewaken en beheersen van financiële, technische en administratieve aspecten van de werkvoorbereiding.
  • Het opstellen en bijhouden van projectplanningen in samenwerking met de projectleider.
  • Het opvolgen van studies en het controleren van ontwerpen op uitvoeringsrandvoorwaarden.
  • Het raadplegen van de preventieadviseur voor het opstellen van taak-risicoanalyses en waarborgen van veiligheidsvoorzieningen.
  • Het organiseren en begeleiden van verplichte keuringen van materieel en het uitvoeren van maandelijkse veiligheidsrondgangen.
  • Het opstellen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de bouwplaats, inclusief het beheren van kwaliteitsregistraties.

Je werkt vanuit de werfkeet op de werf gelegen te Linkeroever - Antwerpen, waar je dagelijks dicht bij de actie bent!

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding of bent van plan deze binnenkort te voltooien.
  • Je hebt een sterke passie voor de realisatie van grote bouwprojecten.
  • Cijfers, planning en analyse zijn voor jou een tweede natuur.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin die je omzet in praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent in staat om op te komen voor je standpunten en tegelijkertijd je eigen fouten te (h)erkennen.
  • Naast een resultaatgerichte focus heb je oog voor de mensen om je heen en draag je bij aan een positieve sfeer op de werf.
