Jouw rol

In deze functie ben je een cruciale schakel tussen verschillende interne en externe stakeholders, zoals klanten, studiebureaus, sales, het intern engineeringteam en productie.

Je werkt aan een gevarieerde mix van projecten binnen industriebouw en structuren voor zonnepanelen.

Afhankelijk van de projectfase (ontwerp, offerte, bestelling) neem je zowel de technische uitwerking als de coördinatie in handen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt – in nauwe samenwerking met ons studiebureau – technische oplossingen uit op basis van de projectvereisten van de klant
  • Je bundelt en vertaalt de nodige technische input voor de salesafdeling
  • Je visualiseert technische oplossingen voor klanten
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor commerciële collega’s en klanten, zowel tijdens de studie-, offerte- als uitvoeringsfase
  • Je werkt als hands-on projectingenieur actief mee aan nieuwe productinnovaties
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe buitenlandse verplaatsingen binnen West‑Europa te maken (werfopvolging, klantenbezoek of vakbeurzen)

We zoeken iemand die zichzelf herkent in onderstaande elementen:

Technisch

  • Master of bachelor bouwkunde.
  • Basiskennis van staal, stabiliteit, verbindingen & Eurocode.
  • Basiskennis van Autocad, Revit. Ervaring met Tekla Structures is een plus punt, …

Ervaring & vaardigheden

  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in ontwerp en/of projectopvolging binnen staalbouw of PV‑structuren. Schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking na een interne opleidingsperiode.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid (ownership).
  • Je bent analytisch en tegelijk praktisch ingesteld.
  • Als teamplayer communiceer je vlot met sales, productie, engineering, alsook met klanten en montagepartners.
  • Je denkt out of the box en zoekt optimalisaties waar mogelijk.

Talen

  • Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist.
