Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd machinebouwbedrijf in Essen dat industriële en rioolreinigingsinstallaties op maat ontwikkelt en bouwt. Het bedrijf combineert technische expertise met praktisch vakmanschap om kwalitatieve en betrouwbare oplossingen te realiseren voor professionele klanten. De productie gebeurt grotendeels in eigen beheer, van tankbouw en laswerken tot montage, afwerking en kwaliteitscontroles. Binnen de organisatie staan kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgericht maatwerk centraal. Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf met een hecht team, waar samenwerking en betrokkenheid belangrijk zijn en medewerkers mee bouwen aan uitdagende technische projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch sterk, denk je graag creatief en wil je meewerken aan innovatieve machines en installaties? Als projectingenieur bij ICEQ ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking van toegewezen projecten, van concept tot operationele uitvoering. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar concrete technische oplossingen en werkt daarbij met 3D-tekenpakketten en technische schema’s. Je stemt af met klanten, aankopers en machinebouwers om elk project tot een goed einde te brengen. Zo zie je jouw ideeën uitgroeien tot een werkende installatie.

Jouw taken:

  • Je maakt P&ID-schema’s op voor reinigingsinstallaties.
  • Je reserveert onderdelen in het ERP-pakket, zodat de aankoper deze bij leveranciers kan bestellen.
  • Je werkt installaties verder uit in 3D met SolidWorks.
  • Je maakt productietekeningen voor het atelier en geeft instructies aan de machinebouwers.
  • Je communiceert met klanten over de voortgang van projecten en stelt het technische einddossier op.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in (elektro)mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ook schoolverlaters zijn welkom. Ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met 3D-tekenpakketten, bij voorkeur SolidWorks of een vergelijkbaar programma zoals Inventor.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis.
  • Je denkt graag out-of-the-box en werkt creatieve totaaloplossingen uit.
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een passie voor grote machines.
  • Je houdt van vernieuwing en complexe technische uitdagingen.
