Als Projectingenieur civiele bouw neem je de technische leiding over bouwkundige projecten binnen een industriële omgeving. Je combineert projectmanagement, technische expertise en werfopvolging om projecten veilig, kwalitatief en binnen de afgesproken timing te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert bouwkundige investeringsprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je volgt civiele werken op zoals betonconstructies, staalstructuren, gevels, daken en afwerkingen.
  • Je stelt technische specificaties op en analyseert meetstaten en offertes.
  • Je selecteert aannemers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het volledige project.
  • Je werkt projectplanningen uit en stuurt bij waar nodig om deadlines te behalen.
  • Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders, aannemers en leveranciers.
  • Je rapporteert de voortgang aan de Project Manager en communiceert proactief over risico's en oplossingen.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van wetgeving, kwaliteitsnormen en interne procedures.
  • Je documenteert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en draagt actief bij aan de optimalisatie van processen en werkwijzen.
  • Je werkt samen binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams om succesvolle projectopleveringen te garanderen.

Je bent een gedreven Projectingenieur die graag ownership neemt en energie haalt uit het realiseren van complexe bouwkundige projecten.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master Bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Project Engineer binnen een aannemer, studiebureau of industriële omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van civiele constructies en bouwkundige technieken.
  • Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische of voedingsindustrie is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van cleanrooms is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan professioneel communiceren in het Engels.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt steeds het overzicht over planning en prioriteiten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
