Voor een sterke technische organisatie in de regio Tielt zoeken we een Projectingenieur Elektromechanica die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over complexe machines, onderhoudsprojecten en technische verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar zware installaties, mobiele machines en technisch materieel centraal staan. Je combineert engineering en projectcoördinatie met een praktische aanwezigheid op het terrein en krijgt veel ruimte om technische processen verder te professionaliseren.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je neemt de technische opvolging van een uitgebreid machinepark voor jouw rekening en bewaakt de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van de installaties.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt de indienstname van nieuwe machines en technische systemen, van voorbereiding tot ingebruikname.
  • Je plant en coördineert preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken en stemt hiervoor af met interne techniekers en externe partners.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen en werkt samen met de technische teams aan structurele oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je helpt onderhoudsprocessen verder uitbouwen en zorgt ervoor dat technische kennis zoveel mogelijk intern wordt verankerd.
  • Je beheert technische dossiers, onderhoudsdocumentatie, certificaten, keuringsattesten en andere relevante gegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van onderhouds- en beheersprocessen binnen een technisch gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Je zoekt externe onderhoudspartners wanneer specifieke expertise nodig is en volgt hun werkzaamheden verder op.
  • Je identificeert noodzakelijke wisselstukken en technische componenten en volgt bestelling en beschikbaarheid op.
  • Je bereidt werkzaamheden op locatie technisch voor en volgt de uitvoering regelmatig ter plaatse mee op.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexe technische vraagstukken en neemt een coachende rol op binnen het team.
  • Je deelt actief jouw technische kennis en helpt collega's groeien via begeleiding en opleiding.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een master Elektromechanica, Machinebouw of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in zware machines, technische installaties of complexe mechanische systemen.
  • Ervaring binnen maintenance, projectengineering, machinebouw of technisch assetbeheer is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je comfortabel in een functie met veel autonomie.
  • Je combineert een technische aanpak met voldoende organisatorisch inzicht om verschillende projecten en onderhoudsactiviteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je werkt graag afwisselend op kantoor en op locatie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans en Engels. Duits is mooi meegenomen.
