Het bedrijf in kwestie is een gespecialiseerd studiebureau dat zich richt op het ontwerp, de studie en de opvolging van gebouwtechnieken en duurzame installaties in nieuwe en bestaande gebouwen. Projecten zijn steeds technisch uitdagend en dragen bij aan bijzondere architecturale realisaties. Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke groei belangrijk zijn.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren ingenieur die zich wil toeleggen op moderne gebouwtechnieken en duurzame installaties? Zoek je een boeiende job in een veelzijdige, technische sector? Voor één van onze klanten, een specialistisch studiebureau in gebouwtechnieken, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Projectingenieur Gebouwtechnieken die zich wil ontwikkelen in uitdagende projecten binnen de bouw en installatietechniek.

Als Projectingenieur Gebouwtechnieken ben jij de technische spil in het bouwteam. Je staat in voor de realisatie van projecten, van het eerste ontwerp tot en met de oplevering. Jouw takenpakket omvat o.a.:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het volledige projecttraject op het vlak van gebouwtechnieken, van studie tot en met oplevering.
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar praktische en duurzame technische oplossingen.
  • Integreren van gebouwtechnieken (HVAC, elektriciteit & sanitair) in samenwerking met architecten en andere bouwpartners.
  • Opstellen van technische plannen, schema’s, lastenboeken en meetstaten voor installatieprojecten.
  • Opvolgen en controleren van de uitvoering van technische installaties op de werf.
  • Adviseren van opdrachtgevers tijdens het hele proces, tot en met de oplevering van het project.
  • Onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met externe en interne projectpartners.
  • Blijven monitoren van ontwikkelingen binnen gebouwtechnieken en duurzame installaties.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds enkele jaren ervaring op het vlak van gebouwtechnieken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met software zoals AutoCAD, Word en Excel.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken en hebt een proactieve ingesteldheid.
