Hoe maak jij een complex gevelproject uitvoerbaar?

  • Als Projectingenieur Gevels vertaal je complexe gevelconcepten naar uitvoerbare technische details die op de werf echt werken.
  • De voorbereiding combineert technische uitwerking met financiële en administratieve opvolging, zodat het project efficiënt en rendabel vooruitgaat.
  • In overleg met de architect, het studiebureau en de interne studiedienst controleer je ontwerpen, werk je details verder uit en bepaal je mee de uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Samen met de projectleider bouw je een haalbare planning op en volg je de voortgang, knelpunten en noodzakelijke bijsturingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je ondersteunt kwaliteitscontroles en houdt de werfadministratie zorgvuldig bij, waaronder afwijkingen, klachten, keuringen en andere verplichte registraties.
  • Veiligheid krijgt een concrete plaats in je werk: je stemt taak-risicoanalyses af met de preventieadviseur, organiseert keuringen van materieel en neemt deel aan maandelijkse veiligheidsrondgangen.
  • Vanuit de werfkeet in Leuven blijf je dicht bij de uitvoering, waardoor je technische keuzes snel kunt toetsen aan de dagelijkse realiteit en meteen resultaat ziet.

Ben jij de technische schakel die een werf vooruithelpt?

  • Een bouwkundige opleiding of een gelijkwaardige technische basis helpt je om geveldetails, plannen en uitvoeringsmethodes vlot te begrijpen.
  • Je brengt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring mee met complexe gevels, technische werkvoorbereiding of bouwkundige projectopvolging. Ook een sterke stage- of startersachtergrond is bespreekbaar binnen het ervaringsniveau van 0 tot 3 jaar.
  • Nauwkeurigheid is belangrijk: je houdt technische documenten, planningen, controles en administratieve registraties overzichtelijk en betrouwbaar bij.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende gesprekspartners, omdat je voortdurend schakelt tussen architect, studiebureau, studiedienst, projectleider, preventieadviseur en werfpartners.
  • Een praktische en onderzoekende ingesteldheid helpt je om technische problemen niet alleen te signaleren, maar ook mee te zoeken naar veilige, kwalitatieve en haalbare oplossingen.
