Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert een grondige analyse uit van dossiers en projecten op basis van plannen en bestekken, ter voorbereiding van een nauwkeurige calculatie.
  • Samen met de projectleider denk je actief mee over het optimaliseren van installaties en stel je de uitvoeringsdossiers op.
  • Je maakt de nodige berekeningen, selecteert de juiste materialen, plaatst bestellingen en volgt deze op waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt voor een heldere en gestructureerde overdracht van het dossier aan de projectleider die de uitvoering verder in goede banen leidt.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, elektromechanica, HVAC, elektriciteit, ingenieur-architectuur of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent vlot met het MS Office-pakket en weet hier efficiënt mee te werken.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers schrikt je niet af - je weet hoe je tot een sterk resultaat komt.
  • Je combineert een commerciële mindset met een sterk analytisch inzicht en gevoel voor cijfers.
