Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische, financiële en organisatorische opvolging van wegenbouw- en burgerlijke bouwkundige projecten.
  • Je stuurt één tot drie werfleiders aan en ondersteunt hen bij technische uitdagingen en dagelijkse beslissingen op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budgetten, kwaliteit en rendement en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf, vooral tijdens complexe of kritieke fases van het project.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met werfleiders, projectdirecteurs, interne diensten en externe partijen om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je volgt administratieve en financiële dossiers nauwgezet op en werkt gestructureerd binnen een professionele projectomgeving.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak binnen een sterk samenwerkend team.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen wegenbouw of burgerlijke bouwkunde en kan projecten technisch en financieel opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel en behoudt rust en overzicht in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je bent een coachende en toegankelijke leidinggevende die sterk inzet op samenwerking en overleg.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
