The posting

Als Projectingenieur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte organisatie, coördinatie en opvolging van projecten bij onze klanten. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een duidelijke, professionele communicatie gedurende het volledige projecttraject. Dankzij jouw sterke organisatorische vaardigheden verlopen projecten efficiënt, gestructureerd en binnen de vooropgestelde timing.

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en begeleidt hen van projectopstart tot en met de oplevering. Hierbij bespreek je alle essentiële projectaspecten, waaronder funderingsplannen, projectplanning en de uiteindelijke oplevering van de installatie.
  • Je stemt nauw af met interne teams zoals Sales, Engineering en Productie om een vlotte en efficiënte projectuitvoering te garanderen.
  • Bij grotere projecten met meerdere machines zorg je voor een optimale integratie en samenwerking tussen de verschillende systemen.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf en waakt erover dat alle nodige middelen, zoals materiaal, machines en hulpmiddelen, tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat techniekers correct voorbereid zijn en beschikken over de vereiste opleidingen en attesten.
  • Je volgt de planning en administratieve voortgang van projecten op in het ERP-systeem (Axapta).
  • Je staat in voor een kwalitatieve oplevering van projecten en streeft naar maximale klanttevredenheid.

Door jouw gestructureerde aanpak, communicatieve sterkte en technische inzicht zorg je ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd en duurzame klantrelaties worden opgebouwd.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in een projectmatige of technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van Creo direct modelling en/of Creo parametric of je bent bereid je daarin te verdiepen.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en weet meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht: je voelt je comfortabel in frequent contact met klanten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels (noodzakelijk) en kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Praktische ingesteldheid en organisatorisch talent zijn belangrijk.
  • Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanop kantoor, maar bent 5 à 10% van de tijd aanwezig bij klanten. Daar hoort ook buitenland bij.
