The posting

Als Projectingenieur/ Mechanisch Tekenaar vorm je de brug tussen de klantvraag, het ontwerp en de productie in het atelier. Ongeveer 50 à 60% van je functie bestaat uit engineering en tekenwerk. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de technische en operationele voorbereiding van projecten.

  • Ontwerpen en uittekenen van complexe mechanische onderdelen, precisieonderdelen en matrijzen
  • Bestaande tekeningen aanpassen op basis van feedback vanuit het atelier
  • Technische plannen interpreteren en vertalen naar een haalbare productiemethode
  • Klantvragen technisch bekijken en mee bepalen hoe een onderdeel het best gerealiseerd kan worden
  • Overleggen met klanten over technische vraagstukken, samen met de verantwoordelijke
  • Tekeningen overdragen aan het atelier en toelichten hoe het project uitgevoerd moet worden
  • Werkvoorbereiding uitvoeren en klantvragen vertalen naar interne werkorders
  • Specifieke materialen en gereedschappen bestellen voor lopende projecten
  • Nacalculaties uitvoeren en opvolgen of projecten binnen de voorziene tijd en middelen gerealiseerd worden
  • Meetrapporten, technische fiches en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie opmaken en beheren
  • Intensief samenwerken met de huidige tekenaar om de specifieke werkwijze en technische kennis onder de knie te krijgen
  • Afhankelijk van je ervaring en capaciteiten op termijn meegaan naar klanten voor technische besprekingen en opmetingen
  • Mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen rond kwaliteitscontrole en projectcoördinatie

Op langere termijn is het de bedoeling dat je als Projectingenieur/ Mechanisch Tekenaar doorgroeit naar een centrale rol binnen het bedrijf. Je neemt geleidelijk de verantwoordelijkheden van de huidige hoofdtekenaar over en kan uitgroeien tot een rechterhand van de zaakvoerders voor de technische en operationele coördinatie.

Voor de functie van Projectingenieur/ Mechanisch Tekenaar zoeken we iemand met een sterke technische basis en voldoende inzicht om te begrijpen hoe een getekend onderdeel effectief geproduceerd wordt. Ervaring is een belangrijke troef, aangezien je op termijn een ervaren collega zal opvolgen.

  • Bachelor of A2 binnen Elektromechanica, Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring is eveneens mogelijk
  • Ervaring met CAD- en/of CAM-systemen
  • Kennis van SolidWorks en/of HyperMill is een sterke troef
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je begrijpt hoe mechanische onderdelen verspaand en/of geassembleerd worden
  • Ervaring binnen verspaning, metaalbewerking, machinebouw, matrijzenbouw of precisietechniek is een sterke meerwaarde
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je vindt het interessant om tekenwerk te combineren met werkvoorbereiding en technische administratie
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's in het atelier en kunt technische informatie duidelijk overbrengen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een kleinere organisatie waar mensen flexibel samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheden breder zijn dan in een sterk afgelijnde functie
  • Een goede Nederlandse taalkennis is een must
  • Technisch Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt voor contacten met klanten en leveranciers
