Over de organisatie

Werving- en selectiekantoor Hays is op zoek naar een Senior Projectingenieur Technieken voor een gerenommeerd ingenieursbureau met een sterke reputatie binnen de bouwsector en een doorgedreven BIM-strategie. Het studiebureau is actief binnen diverse bouwsegmenten en realiseert uitdagende projecten waarbij duurzame gebouwentechnieken centraal staan. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, kijken ze uit naar een ervaren projectingenieur die een sturende rol kan opnemen binnen het team.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Senior Projectingenieur Technieken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de coördinatie en de opvolging van technische installaties binnen uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je bewaart het overzicht gedurende het volledige projecttraject en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Ontwerpen en uitwerken van HVAC-, sanitaire en elektrische installaties binnen bouwprojecten.
  • Opvolgen van projecten vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering.
  • Coördineren van projectteams en begeleiden van BIM-modelleurs tijdens de uitwerking van technische ontwerpen.
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van junior collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor bouwheren, aannemers en andere bouwpartners.
  • Opvolgen van de uitvoering op de werf en bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en rendabiliteit.
  • Rapporteren aan de Business Unit Director.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren profiel met een sterke technische achtergrond binnen gebouwentechnieken. Je beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma in Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of Klimatisatie.
  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een studiebureau of aannemersomgeving.
  • Kennis van en affiniteit met BIM-software.
  • Sterke organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak en een goed inzicht in planning en projectopvolging.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamgerichte ingesteldheid.
