Om hun dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen en een nieuwe business unit op te starten, zoeken ze een gedreven projectingenieur die verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen, strategisch meedenkt en operationeel het verschil maakt. In deze functie krijg je de kans om niet enkel projecten te realiseren, maar ook een structurele impact te hebben op de toekomst van de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het opstarten van een nieuwe business unit, waarbij je kan rekenen op de expertise van collega’s uit aanpalende afdelingen
  • Opstellen van offertes op basis van technische gegevens, waarna de verkoopafdeling de voorstellen bij klanten presenteert
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte technische uitvoering door efficiënte inzet van personeel en middelen, zodat projecten succesvol verlopen
  • Actieve opvolging van projecten, waarbij je tijdig actie onderneemt om vertragingen of budgetoverschrijdingen te voorkomen
  • Informeren van het management en andere stakeholders over de voortgang van lopende projecten
  • Identificeren van projectrisico’s en toepassen van gepaste beheersmaatregelen
  • Onderhouden en versterken van relaties met klanten en leveranciers
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur met dakwerken
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en vlot in de communicatie met collega’s, leveranciers, onderaannemers en klanten
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands, aangevuld met een basiskennis Engels en Frans
