We investeren in verduurzaming, techniek, automatisering en verdere ontwikkeling van ons biologische glastuinbouwbedrijf. Daarom zoeken we een Projectleider die onze projecten van A tot Z oppakt én een belangrijke rol krijgt in de dagelijkse aansturing van ons onderhoudsteam. Geen projectleider die alleen vanachter een bureau plannen maakt, maar iemand die inhoudelijk meedenkt, organiseert én zorgt dat het daadwerkelijk gebeurt. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over verschillende technische en bedrijfsmatige projecten binnen BioVerbeek. De ene keer gaat het om een energieproject, de andere keer om een technische aanpassing in de kas, automatisering van een proces of de realisatie van een nieuwe installatie. Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste idee tot en met de ingebruikname. Daarnaast geef je richting aan ons onderhoudsteam. Je helpt prioriteiten bepalen, verdeelt werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat gepland en preventief onderhoud niet ondersneeuwt door de dagelijkse storingen en werkzaamheden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Technische projecten voorbereiden en begeleiden; - Mogelijkheden onderzoeken en verschillende oplossingen vergelijken; - Offertes aanvragen, beoordelen en leveranciers selecteren; - Investeringen en businesscases mede uitwerken; - Projectplanningen en budgetten opstellen en bewaken; - Afstemmen met leveranciers, installateurs, adviseurs en collega's; - Technische tekeningen, offertes en voorstellen inhoudelijk beoordelen; - Werkzaamheden op locatie begeleiden en controleren; - Problemen tijdens de uitvoering praktisch oplosse...
