Met name op het gebied van nieuwbouw. Jij hebt de leiding vanaf de initiële conceptfase tot aan de uiteindelijke oplevering. Het actief betrekken van onder meer interne afdelingen, aannemers, gemeente, bewonerscommissie, huurders en ketenpartners is cruciaal. Je streeft continu naar de balans tussen de langetermijnstrategie en de concrete uitvoeringsstappen. Samen met de bouwteampartners werk je een plan uit dat past binnen de afgesproken GOTIK-kaders: Geld, Organisatie, Tijd, Informatie en Kwaliteit. Daarbij zoek je continu naar kansen om meer maatschappelijke waarde te realiseren voor toekomstige bewoners, zonder de haalbaarheid van het project uit het oog te verliezen.
