Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische, financiële en administratieve opvolging van de projecten en werven:Je bereidt de werven voor: opmaak offerte, nazicht lastenboek & meetstaten, opmaak van technische fiches, opmaak VCA-dossier, e.d.Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken en stuurt de techniekers aanJe woont de werfvergaderingen bij, je organiseert toolboxmeetings en je controleert of de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefdJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en het budgetbeheerJe selecteert het materiaal en maakt de nodige berekeningenJe bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van alle betrokken partijen en rapporteert de vooruitgang van de projecten aan de zaakvoerder
