Onze klant, een projectontwikkelaar regio Eeklo, gaat op zoek naar een projectleider met de nodige technische kennis en ervaring om residentiële projecten op te volgen. De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket als projectleider er uit?

  • Wekelijks overleg met architecten, studiebureaus, aannemers en klanten
  • Daarnaast bespreek je wekelijks de voortgang van lopende projecten met het management
  • Planning opmaken van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Aansturen van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Werven op een technische - en organisatorische manier opvolgen binnen de residentiële sector

Onze klant Onze klant is een projectontwikkelaar regio Eeklo. Ze maken deel uit van een groep waarin de ontwikkelaar zelf actief is in residentiële bouwprojecten zowel appartementsprojecten, verkavelingen, publieke - en private projecten. De ontwikkelaar kan je omschrijven als een familiale firma waarbij er een vlakke structuur aanwezig is. Daarnaast is een eigen mening en visie binnen het bedrijf van groot belang!

Wat is jouw rol binnen het bedrijf? Jij gaat aan de slag als projectleider binnen een stabiel familiaal bedrijf, actief in de residentiële sector. Wat verwacht onze klant van jou?

  • Een Bachelor of Master diploma in een bouwkundige richting
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in het leiden van residentiële bouwprojecten
  • De nodige technische vakkennis en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Vlotte mondelinge communicatie met zowel collega's als klanten
  • De nodige afwisseling tussen de werven en het bureauwerk
  • Jij brengt structuur en biedt oplossingen indien van toepassing
