Functieomschrijving

Als ervaren projectleider ben jij de spil van de werf en beheer je unieke projecten van A tot Z. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de praktische organisatie en de totaaluitvoering. Jouw uitdagingen:

  • Organiseren en coördineren: Je neemt de volledige leiding over de realisatie van jouw projecten.
  • Team aansturen: Onder jouw vleugels werken de werfleiders en projectingenieurs optimaal samen, waardoor de projecten op wieltjes lopen.
  • Budget bewaken: Jij bent financieel de trekker. Je beheert het budget scherp, maakt vorderingsstaten en prognoses op (daar krijg jij energie van!) en communiceert hierover transparant met de klant en de directie.
  • Onderhandelen: Contractonderhandelingen, projectmatige aankopen en vlot overleg met leveranciers en onderaannemers behoren tot je dagelijkse kost.
  • Kwaliteit en planning waarborgen: Klanttevredenheid is jouw topprioriteit. Je garandeert onze gekende hoge kwaliteitsstandaard, strak binnen de vooropgestelde planning.
  • Samenwerken: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze communicatie tussen de opdrachtgever, partners, je collega’s van het interne werkhuis en het studiebureau. Iedereen op één lijn krijgen is jouw doel!

Functie-eisen

Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die niet snel van zijn of haar sokken geblazen is. Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde en kan terugblikken op een stevige, relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een echte ondernemersmentaliteit en krijgt kippenvel van de gedachte om complexe, uitdagende projecten aan je palmares toe te voegen.
  • Je beschikt over een grote portie doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen en combineert dit moeiteloos met uitstekende commerciële, organisatorische én communicatieve vaardigheden.
