Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, begeleiding en coördinatie van projecten, waarbij je samenwerkt in een jong en ambitieus team. Deze rol biedt volop kansen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en stelt je in staat om een cruciale rol te spelen in de realisatie van diverse infrastructurele werken. Wat doet een Projectleider? - Organiseren van het werk samen met het team - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het voorbereiden, bewaken en bijsturen van projecten - Zorgen voor een voorspelbare realisatie samen met de projectleider en (Hoofd) Uitvoerder - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers over het project - De spil zijn in het projectteam en de werkvoorbereiding aansturen - Planning, processen en budget bewaken - De regie in handen houden en op de hoogte zijn van alles in de werkvoorbereiding - De werkvoorbereidingsplanning verzorgen en bewaken, en corrigerende maatregelen nemen - Verbeter voorstellen doen voor het project, team en de vestiging - Indien nodig een deel van de werkvoorbereiding oppakken - Oog hebben voor collega's, ze in hun kracht zetten en begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling - Contact onderhouden met vergunningverlenende instanties, onderaannemers en leveranciers Wat Wij Jou Bieden - Een brutosalaris tussen €4.400,- en €7.300,- per maand - 30 vrije dagen per jaar - Ruim keuzebudget boven op je salaris (inclusief vakantiegeld) voor extra vrije dagen (tot 13) of extra geld - Goede pensioenregeling met werkgeversbijdrage Word Projectleider bij Strukton Nederland Word Projectleider bij Strukton Nederland en werk aan uitdagende civiele infrastructuurprojecten.
