Een gevestigde specialist met oog voor kwaliteit

Deze onderneming is gespecialiseerd in vloer- en wandtegels en werkt met kwalitatieve collecties uit onder meer Spanje en Italië. Vanuit Wevelgem zorgt een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers voor de begeleiding van nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten.

Klanten kunnen rekenen op sterke technische kennis, persoonlijke service en een correcte opvolging van hun project. Intern zijn de lijnen kort en wordt kennis actief gedeeld. Je krijgt ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, expertise op te bouwen en mee te groeien met een onderneming die blijft investeren in kwaliteit en service.

Van verkoop tot geslaagde oplevering

Na de verkoop neem jij de verdere opvolging van het project in handen. Je zorgt ervoor dat planning, materialen, uitvoering en communicatie goed op elkaar aansluiten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en begeleidt projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering.
  • Je maakt de planning op en coördineert leveringen, bestellingen en beschikbare materialen.
  • Je voert opmetingen ter plaatse uit en controleert hoeveelheden en technische gegevens.
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden op de werf nauwgezet op en bewaakt kwaliteit en afspraken.
  • Je stuurt arbeiders aan en overlegt met vloerders, klanten en andere betrokken aannemers.
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan klanten en uitvoerders, zowel in de toonzaal als op de werf.
  • Je maakt vorderingsstaten op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je signaleert problemen tijdig en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke en denkt mee over efficiënte werkprocessen.

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met planning en administratie. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig in het volledige project en ziet rechtstreeks het resultaat van je werk.

Technisch sterk en goed georganiseerd

Je houdt van structuur, werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is. Je communiceert professioneel met klanten en collega's en weet verschillende partijen goed op elkaar af te stemmen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een bouwkundige of technische achtergrond en bij voorkeur ervaring op een werf. Ervaring als vloerder is een plus.
  • Je hebt ongeveer vijf jaar relevante ervaring in een klantgerichte functie binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over commerciële feeling en weet klanten professioneel te begeleiden.
  • Je werkt planmatig, stelt prioriteiten en houdt overzicht over meerdere lopende projecten.
  • Je durft mensen aan te sturen, beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt technische informatie snel eigen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bent collegiaal, toegankelijk en tegelijk voldoende assertief om afspraken te bewaken.
