- Dagelijks en mutatieonderhoud Functieomschrijving Als Projectleider Niet Planmatig Onderhoud (NPO) ben jij de aanvoerder van één klantteam binnen de waardestroom Niet Planmatig Onderhoud. Je zorgt dat dagelijks onderhoud, reparatieverzoeken en mutaties veilig, voorspelbaar en klantgericht worden uitgevoerd. Je bouwt aan een team dat in flow werkt en waar bewoners, collega's en opdrachtgevers op kunnen vertrouwen. Je doet dat samen met uitvoerders, coördinatoren en servicemonteurs, bent positief eigenzinnig genoeg om besluiten te nemen wanneer dat nodig is, houdt het eenvoudig door duidelijk te communiceren en structuur aan te brengen, blijft gelukkig wanneer het team soepel samenwerkt en resultaten haalbaar zijn, en werkt bewust - veilig, sociaal, duurzaam en volgens afspraak. Het doel van de functie is het leiden van één klantteam binnen Service & Onderhoud om dagelijks onderhoud, reparatieverzoeken en mutaties veilig, kwalitatief en klantgericht uit te voeren. Je zorgt voor tevreden bewoners, gezonde financiële prestaties en een team dat groeit in vakmanschap en samenwerking. Ben jij de Projectleider die wij zoeken?
