Voor een bedrijf in het Leuvense, gespecialiseerd in woning -en appartementsbouw, zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider.

Je takenpakket:

  • De firma vertegenwoordigen op de werf;
  • Opzoek gaan naar de juiste onderaannemers;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning alsook bezetting en begeleiding op de werf;
  • Ook de opvolging van de kwaliteit en uitvoering neem je voor jouw rekening;
  • Je zorgt voor de noodzakelijke vergunning;
  • Je bent de contactpersoon voor architect en bouwbeheer;
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en beheren van een projectbudget;
  • Je begeleidt de calculaties en offerte - voorbereidingen;
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van meerwerken.

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat voor deze job als projectleider..

  • Behaalde een Master -of Bachelordiploma in Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig;
  • Heeft een passie voor bouwen;
  • Is een motiverende en dynamische organisator;
  • Beschikt over een stevige dosis ondernemerszin en durft beslissingen nemen;
  • Kan vlot met MS Office overweg;
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
