Dagelijks werken collega's hier met trots aan het ontwikkelen, voorbereiden, realiseren en beheren van uiteenlopende nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en transformatieprojecten. De focus ligt op kwaliteit, samenwerking en toekomstbestendig bouwen, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Als Senior Projectleider Nieuwbouw ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor diverse projecten met een omvang tussen circa € 5 en € 20 miljoen. - Realiseren van mooie nieuwbouwprojecten samen met jouw team van werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en vakmensen - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen, inclusief deelplannen van leveranciers - Leidinggeven aan werkvoorbereidings- en uitvoeringsteams - Initiëren en onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en ketenpartners - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en (financiële) voortgang van jouw projecten - Toezien op veiligheid in alle fases van het bouwproces - Zorgen voor een klantgerichte afhandeling en zorgvuldige overdracht van projecten - Voorbereiden van projectevaluaties en vertalen van leerpunten naar volgende projecten Aan het einde van de dag weet je dat dit is werk ertoe doet!
