Vanaf 1 september 2025 zoekt Werk op Maat een ervaren projectleider die een specialistisch programma en methodiek ontwikkelt voor mensen met een Autismespectrumstoornis (ASS). Voor deze mooie opdracht zoeken we iemand die met hart voor de zaak en oog voor de mens werkt aan inclusie en ontwikkeling! Dit ga jij doen! Als projectleider geef jij richting aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een nieuwe methodiek en een gespecialiseerd programma voor mensen met ASS (doelgroep MBO-HBO). Samen zorgen we ervoor dat ook deze groep duurzaam mee kan doen op de arbeidsmarkt. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: - Ontwikkelen en opstarten van een specialistisch programma binnen Werk op Maat. - In samenwerking met Molendrift en Ontwikkelplein Het Hogeland de benodigde kennis en expertise binnenhalen. - Advies geven over fysieke en communicatieve aanpassingen binnen de organisatie die aansluiten op de behoeften van de doelgroep. - Een netwerk opbouwen van werkgevers die kansen willen bieden aan de doelgroep. - Werkgevers begeleiden en informeren over de juiste randvoorwaarden om duurzame uitstroom naar betaald werk mogelijk te maken. - Zichtbaarheid geven aan het programma binnen Werk op Maat en de regio Het Hogeland. - Intensief samenwerken met collega's en maatschappelijke partners. - Zorgen voor borging van kennis en duurzame voortzetting van het programma na jouw opdracht. Dit neem jij mee naar ons team! - Aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met projectleiding in het sociaal domein. - Kennis van en ervaring met de doelgroep met autisme is vereist. - Je hebt een proactieve houding en werkt zelfstandig en verbindend. - Je gelooft in 'samen doen' en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
