APK Group werkt mee aan de energie-infrastructuur van morgen. Binnen de afdeling Huisaansluitingen staan we in voor projecten rond digitale meters, laadpalen, saneringen en spanningswijzigingen. Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Projectleider die projecten van A tot Z opvolgt en de brug vormt tussen klant, uitvoering, backoffice en onderaannemers. Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en financiële opvolging van jouw projecten. Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid, en zorgt ervoor dat projecten correct, rendabel en naar tevredenheid van de klant worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit kantoor, met regelmatige werfbezoeken in de regio.

Jobomschrijving

Eindverantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor planning, budget, uitvoering en resultaat van toegewezen projecten.Opvolgen van rendabiliteit, omzet, kosten en brutomarge.Aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van medewerkers en onderaannemers.Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu op de projecten.Onderhouden van klantencontacten en zorgen voor een sterke samenwerking met alle stakeholders.Opvolgen van planning, voortgang en prioriteiten binnen de lopende projecten.Signaleren van risico’s, afwijkingen en opportuniteiten voor meerwerk.Afstemmen met backoffice, uitvoering en onderaannemers voor een vlotte projectopvolging.Rapporteren over resultaten, budgetten, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden.Meebouwen aan de verdere groei en optimalisatie van de afdeling.

Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in bouwkunde, industriële wetenschappen of een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Ervaring in infrastructuur, nutsvoorzieningen, energieprojecten of werken voor netbeheerders is een sterke troef.Sterk in projectopvolging, budgetbeheer, planning en organisatie.Financieel inzicht en aandacht voor rendabiliteit.Klantgericht en communicatief sterk.Oplossingsgericht, analytisch en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van medewerkers en onderaannemers is een plus.Kennis van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu binnen een projectomgeving is mooi meegenomen.Goede kennis van het Nederlands.Je bent een echte plantrekker: zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en gericht op oplossingen.
