Ben jij technisch sterk en communicatief vlot? Als Projectleider regio Gent begeleid je projecten van opmeting tot oplevering en ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en architecten. Je vertaalt plannen naar offertes, bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over elk detail. In ruil krijg je vrijheid, een aantrekkelijk loonpakket en een warme KMO-sfeer met toffe collega’s.

De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Projectleider bij een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in glaswanden?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en vertaalt plannen en aanvragen naar een duidelijke offerte.
  • Je voert opmetingen uit, werkt technische details uit en stemt alles af met architecten en klanten.
  • Je ontwikkelt een realistische projectplanning binnen de voorziene termijn en bewaakt het budget.
  • Je coördineert de werfplanning en de plaatsing van projecten.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering van A tot Z op: van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Je communiceert vlot en commercieel, maakt duidelijke afspraken en bewaakt de kwaliteit.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en durft beslissingen te nemen, ook wanneer klanten onrealistische verwachtingen hebben.

Binnen dit bedrijf krijg je veel vrijheid om je werk zelf te organiseren en tegelijk ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s. De cultuur is open en ondernemend: je krijgt vertrouwen, maar ook de verantwoordelijkheid om je projecten zelfstandig te beheren. Wat zijn jouw troeven en competenties als Projectleider?

  • Je hebt minstens één ervaring als projectleider.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren en overtuigen, zonder timide of in een slachtofferrol te kruipen.
  • Je hebt notie van Sketchup en/of Autocad (2D-aanzichten tekenen schrikt je niet af).
  • Je bent stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag in team.
  • Je neemt ownership: je krijgt vrijheid, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid.
