Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Na een intensieve inwerkperiode, waaronder een technische opleiding bij onze leveranciers, raak je vertrouwd met onze organisatie, producten en klanten. Vervolgens neem je de verdere opvolging van diverse projecten op, zowel bij nieuwbouw- als renovatiewerven.

• Als projectleider begeleid je de klant vanaf de verkoop tot en met de volledige uitvoering van het project.

• De klant kan bij jou terecht als vast aanspreekpunt voor de volledige coördinatie van de werken.

• Een duidelijke planning opmaken en de werkzaamheden nauwgezet opvolgen behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken.

• Voor de aanvoer van leveringen en het plaatsen van bepaalde bestellingen neem je de nodige initiatieven.

• De controle van hoeveelheden, materialen en de correcte uitvoering op de werf valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

• Arbeiders aansturen en overleggen met andere betrokken aannemers en de klant maken deel uit van jouw takenpakket.

• Dankzij jouw technische kennis geef je klanten en vloerders advies, zowel in de toonzaal als tijdens de uitvoering.

• Opmetingen ter plaatse uitvoeren en vorderingsstaten opmaken doe je met de nodige nauwkeurigheid.

• Een correcte administratieve opvolging garandeert een vlot verloop van elk project.

• Rechtstreeks rapporteren doe je aan de verantwoordelijke.

• Problemen pak je proactief en oplossingsgericht aan.

• Via voortdurende opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van de nieuwste technieken, producten en innovaties.

• Een bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond vormt een sterke basis.

• Ervaring op een werf is noodzakelijk; ervaring als vloerder is een mooie extra troef.

• Idealiter bracht je al ongeveer vijf jaar ervaring op in een klantgerichte functie binnen de bouwsector.

• Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is belangrijk in deze functie.

• Met het MS Office-pakket kan je vlot werken en ook nieuwe systemen maak je snel eigen.

• Klantgericht en proactief denken zitten in jouw DNA.

• Probleemsituaties pak je rustig en oplossingsgericht aan.

• Leergierigheid en een snelle verwerking van nieuwe informatie typeren jou.

• Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

• Dankzij jouw oog voor detail verlies je geen enkel belangrijk aspect uit het oog.

• Commerciële en leidinggevende vaardigheden helpen je om projecten en medewerkers in goede banen te leiden.

• Als echte teamplayer weet je collega’s op een motiverende manier aan te sturen.

• Plannen, prioriteiten stellen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen zijn voor jou geen probleem.

• Een low-profile, toegankelijke en sympathieke houding kenmerkt jouw samenwerking met klanten en collega’s.
