Jij houdt het overzicht. Van eerste plan tot laatste opleverpunt. Renovatieprojecten zijn een samenspel van techniek, planning, bewoners, opdrachtgevers en uitvoering. Als Projectleider zorg jij ervoor dat al deze onderdelen samenkomen in een succesvol project. Voor Hemubo zoeken wij een ervaren projectleider die de verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen voor grootschalige renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, geeft richting aan projectteams en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, planning en budget in balans blijven. Wat ga je doen? Vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de afronding heb jij de regie over jouw projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met woningcorporaties, bewoners, leveranciers en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het coördineren van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten; - Het bewaken van budgetten, planningen en kwaliteitsnormen; - Het aansturen van projectteams en bouwpartners; - Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders; - Het identificeren van kansen en aandachtspunten binnen projecten; - Het creëren van draagvlak bij bewoners en betrokken partijen; - Het realiseren van verduurzamings- en renovatiedoelstellingen. #LI-FL1 Wat wij jou bieden Bij Hemubo krijg je de kans om te werken aan omvangrijke renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten die zichtbaar bijdragen aan de leefomgeving van bewoners.
