Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een projectleider hvac/sanitair voor onze klant in Lummen. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd is een HVAC-installateur. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 94 81 56.

Jouw takenpakket als projectleider hvac/sanitair bestaat uit:

  • Je stuurt projecten aan vanaf de opstartfase tot en met de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de budgetten, deadlines en de kwalitatieve afwerking op de werven.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse taken van de eigen techniekers en externe onderaannemers.
  • Je ontfermt je over de calculaties, de aankoop van materialen, de technische fiches en de opbouw van het projectdossier.
  • Je bent de centrale schakel en het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en je eigen team.
  • Je combineert een vaste aanwezigheid op kantoor met regelmatige werfbezoeken in de regio's Limburg en Antwerpen.

Profiel

Als projectleider hvac/sanitair herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor- of masterdiploma (bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, klimatisatie of energietechnologie) of bent gelijkwaardig door je opgebouwde expertise.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als projectleider binnen de b2b-sector.
  • Indien je ervaring hebt in de HVAC is dit een groot pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch ijzersterk, communicatief vaardig en je beschikt over een scherp technisch inzicht.
  • Je functioneert uitstekend op zelfstandige basis, maar ademt tegelijkertijd teamspirit om samen tot de beste kwalitatieve oplossingen te komen.
