Klaar om projecten van A tot Z mee in goede banen te leiden? In deze functie krijg je de kans om door te groeien binnen projectleiding en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen op de werf. Vanuit Aartselaar werk je mee aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten in een no-nonsense omgeving.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Projectleider inhoudt:

  • Na een opleidingstraject verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over toegewezen projecten
  • Coördineren van de planning en opvolging van verschillende werven
  • Aansturen van werfleiding en opleveringsverantwoordelijken
  • Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van de werven
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang, kwaliteit, timing en budgetten
  • Rapporteren over de stand van zaken

  • Beschikt over een masterdiploma Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig

  • Neemt initiatief en draagt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Vlot in het gebruik van courante MS Office toepassingen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kan zich behelpen in het Frans en Engels
