Als projectleider 360° beheer je een gevarieerde portefeuille van kleine én grote projecten in verwarming, elektriciteit, sanitair en ventilatie, van begin tot einde.

  • Je organiseert, budgetteert en voert zowel kleine als grote projecten uit, met het beste resultaat voor ogen.
  • Je volgt de bouwactiviteiten nauw op en geeft het team technische ondersteuning.
  • Tijdens vergaderingen met architecten en aannemers neem je beslissingen die kwaliteit, veiligheid en deadlines bewaken.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over de werf.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en coacht je team.
  • Je houdt de sfeer op de werf positief en zorgt dat elk project slaagt.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider/projectmanager in de bouw- of installatiesector (HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit).
  • Een ingenieursdiploma is een sterke basis; relevante ervaring en een gestructureerde aanpak wegen evenzeer door.
  • Projectmanagement is je tweede natuur: je werkt gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht je teamleden.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent stipt en leert graag bij.
  • Rijbewijs B (teamleden rijden met je mee).
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en voldoende Frans, of omgekeerd.
  • Vlot met MS Office.
  • Voltijdse vaste functie.
  • Een administratieve rechterhand die je ondersteunt bij de projectvoorbereiding.
  • Een handig systeem om al je projectplannen te centraliseren en op te volgen.
  • Opleidingen on the job en extern, van technische ondersteuning tot personal coaching.
  • Bedrijfswagen met laadpas, maaltijdcheques, ecocheques en gratis hospitalisatieverzekering (met optie voor gezinsdekking).
  • Een hecht team, teambuildings en afterworks.
  • Regio: Zuidrand Brussel, met werven in Brabant en omstreken.
