The posting

Als projectleider bij V.L. Projects zorg jij ervoor dat alles klopt: van de voorbereiding tot de laatste afwerking op de werf.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en architecten, stemt af met leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat onze plaatsingsteams weten wat er wanneer moet gebeuren. Je bewaakt de planning, regelt de nodige materialen en bent regelmatig op de werf om te zien of alles loopt zoals voorzien.

En loopt het eens anders? Dat hoort erbij. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, schakelt snel en zoekt samen met de betrokkenen naar een praktische oplossing.

Veel routine hoef je hier niet te verwachten. Het ene moment bespreek je de volgende stappen met een klant of architect, even later stuur je een plaatsingsteam aan of los je een uitdaging op de werf op.

Je krijgt daarbij veel verantwoordelijkheid en de vrijheid om zelf initiatief te nemen. Het mooie eraan? Je ziet projecten waar je zelf aan hebt meegewerkt stap voor stap werkelijkheid worden.

Maar je staat er niet alleen voor. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar we elkaar helpen, kennis delen en samen zorgen dat projecten goed worden afgewerkt.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag initiatief neemt, overzicht houdt en dingen vooruit wil krijgen. Je werkt graag samen met verschillende mensen, hebt technisch inzicht en denkt liever in oplossingen dan in problemen.

Je hoeft de wereld van binnenafwerking nog niet door en door te kennen. Ervaring is natuurlijk mooi meegenomen, maar interesse, leergierigheid en de goesting om erin te vliegen vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Omdat je veel contact hebt met klanten, architecten, leveranciers en collega's, communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands. Ook in het Frans kan je je uit de slag trekken. En aangezien je regelmatig op onze werven komt, heb je een rijbewijs B.

Een bachelor- of masteropleiding geeft je een goede basis voor deze functie. Maar een diploma vertelt natuurlijk niet alles. We kijken vooral naar hoe je denkt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en samen met het team mooie projecten wil realiseren.
