The posting

Voor een moderne en stabiele speler binnen de renovatie- en bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider. Je coördineert verschillende werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, met een sterke focus op projecten aan de kust. Samen met je collega's neem je de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over de verschillende projecten.

Wat zal je job inhouden?

  • Technisch en administratief voorbereiden van de werven: plannen en lastenboeken analyseren, vergunningen regelen, prijsaanvragen doen en offertes van onderaannemers vergelijken.
  • De dagelijkse werking van de werven coördineren en de planning, materialen en uitrusting opvolgen.
  • Instaan voor het administratieve en financiële beheer, waaronder werfbudgetten, meetstaten en vorderingsstaten.
  • Aansturen, motiveren en opvolgen van eigen ploegen en onderaannemers, met aandacht voor duidelijke afspraken en veiligheid.
  • Problemen tijdig detecteren en oplossingen zoeken om de kwaliteit en uitvoeringstermijnen te bewaken.
  • Regelmatig overleggen met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • De projecten administratief afronden na oplevering.
  • Deelnemen aan de wekelijkse planningsmeeting en rapporteren aan de Operationele Manager.
  • Een aantal jaren relevante ervaring binnen werfopvolging en algemene bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de bouw en haalt energie uit het coördineren van verschillende werven.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van teams.
  • Communicatief, besluitvaardig en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet ook bij onverwachte situaties het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Klantgericht en sterk in het onderhouden van professionele relaties met verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Basiskennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en Word.
