Als projectleider in ontwikkeling werk je mee aan de organisatie en realisatie van uiteenlopende projecten. Je ondersteunt en stuurt projectteams aan en werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Daarbij houd je zicht op de voortgang, planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget. Vanaf het tendertraject ben je betrokken bij het project en denk je mee over bouwmethodieken, uitvoerbaarheid en de belangen van de opdrachtgever. Naarmate je ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over eigen projecten en projectonderdelen. Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en andere externe partijen en zorgt dat afspraken en verwachtingen helder zijn. Je signaleert risico's en kansen, denkt vooruit en leert hoe je vanuit een integrale blik een bouwproject beheerst en succesvol realiseert. Innovatie vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de manier van werken. Je denkt mee over efficiëntere bouwprocessen en maakt daarbij gebruik van onder andere LEAN, BIM en digitale tools. Je krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe ideeën aan te dragen en jezelf zowel inhoudelijk als in je rol als leidinggevende verder te ontwikkelen. Deze functie is bij uitstek geschikt voor een ambitieuze werkvoorbereider die de volgende stap wil zetten. Je brengt al technische kennis en ervaring mee en krijgt de begeleiding en verantwoordelijkheid om door te groeien naar een zelfstandige projectleidersrol binnen uitdagende en toekomstgerichte bouwprojecten.
