Onze klant is een groeiend technisch bedrijf actief in machinebouw en industriële automatisering. Het bedrijf realiseert uiteenlopende machines en installaties op maat, van afzonderlijke transportsystemen tot volledige productielijnen.

Van eerste idee tot afgewerkte machine: jij houdt het project mee op koers.

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een ontwerper/projectleider machinebouw die technische projecten mee uitwerkt, opvolgt en ervoor zorgt dat ontwerp en productie naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.

Je combineert technisch ontwerp met projectopvolging en werkt nauw samen met klanten, collega's en het atelier. Het resultaat? Je ziet je eigen ontwerpen letterlijk vorm krijgen en evolueren tot een afgewerkte machine of productielijn.

Je neemt een actieve rol op in de verschillende fases van je projecten.

Je:

  • Verzamelt de technische specificaties door overleg met klanten en collega's en voert indien nodig opmetingen uit bij de klant
  • Werkt machines en installaties op maat uit, vertrekkend vanuit bestaande machineprincipes
  • Ontwerpt en tekent machines in 3D met SolidWorks
  • Denkt mee over technische en praktische oplossingen die zowel voor de klant als voor de productie werken
  • Ondersteunt de verkoop door machineonderdelen te inventariseren en verkooptekeningen op te maken
  • Overlegt dagelijks met het atelier en stemt het ontwerp af met de mensen die de machines bouwen
  • Ondersteunt de opmaak van productietekeningen en de mechanische werkvoorbereiding
  • Ondersteunt bij de aankoop van specifieke machineonderdelen
  • Volgt bestellingen en leveringen voor jouw projecten mee op
  • Bewaakt de voortgang van je projecten en stemt af met de verschillende betrokken partijen
  • Verwerkt wijzigingen in het ontwerp en zorgt voor een correcte finale as-built documentatie

Je bent dus betrokken bij het volledige traject: van de eerste technische vraag tot de machine die uiteindelijk in het atelier staat.

Je bent technisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om techniek en organisatie met elkaar te combineren.

Je:

  • Beschikt over een technisch masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in (elektro)mechanica, industriële productietechnieken of een gelijkwaardige richting
  • Hebt technisch inzicht en kunt dit vertalen naar duidelijke en correcte technische tekeningen
  • Hebt interesse in mechanisch ontwerp en machinebouw
  • Hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen machinebouw of een gelijkaardige technische sector
  • Hebt kennis van SolidWorks of bent bereid je hierin verder te ontwikkelen
  • Werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en het atelier
  • Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten en volgt afspraken goed op
  • Krijgt energie van een productieomgeving en vindt het interessant om je ontwerpen in de praktijk te zien

Ervaring in de sector is zeker een pluspunt, maar vooral je technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in machinebouw maken het verschil.
